Registration Opens - October 1, 2025.
Registration Closes - January 17, 2026.
Early Bird Registration - Receive 10% off discount of your total on or before January 1st with promo code “EARLYBIRD”
Late Entries will be charged an addition fee of $20 per entry.
Registrations are accepted from dance directors, studio owners, or parents/guardians.

A tentative schedule will be sent to Directors first, followed by a finalized version after conflicts are reviewed.
Director Packets will be emailed before contest weekend and include key info, lunch options, and more.
Spectators: Please contact your Dance Director for schedule access.

Winter Dance Classic is a school-hosted fundraising event organized by the Leander High School Blue Belles and their Booster Club. All proceeds directly support student scholarships, team expenses, and program enrichment throughout the year. Because the event is planned and staffed based on total registration numbers, we are unable to offer refunds once payment has been submitted.
We understand that unexpected situations may arise. If your team or soloist is unable to attend, please email us at registration@leanderwdc.com as early as possible. While we cannot issue refunds, registrations may be transferred to the following year upon request. Early notice also helps us adjust the schedule accordingly.
In the unlikely event that Winter Dance Classic is canceled by Leander High School or the Blue Belles organization, all registration fees will be refunded in full.

Registrations may be completed by a dance director, studio owner, or parent/guardian of independent dancers.
All entries will be confirmed via email, and communication will be directed to the person listed as the primary contact on the registration form.
